By booking a trip with Full Tilt Outdoors, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

• A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 per seat is required to reserve your trip date.
• Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• Deposits may be transferred to a future trip date at the sole discretion of Full Tilt Outdoors if circumstances allow.

• Fishing is an outdoor recreational activity and results cannot be guaranteed.
• Full Tilt Outdoors makes no representation or warranty regarding the number, size, species, or catch rate of fish.
• No refunds, credits, or discounts will be issued due to poor fishing conditions, lack of fish caught, weather conditions, water conditions, or client expectations.

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including illness, emergencies, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, or personal reasons.
• Any remaining balance due may be forfeited if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the scheduled trip date unless otherwise approved by Full Tilt Outdoors.

• Full Tilt Outdoors reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any trip due to unsafe weather, water conditions, equipment failure, government closures, emergencies, or any circumstance deemed unsafe or beyond the guide's control.
• In such cases, clients may choose between rescheduling their trip or receiving a refund of any amounts paid beyond the non-refundable deposit.

• The guide has sole authority regarding all safety decisions during the trip.
• Clients must follow all instructions provided by the guide.
• Full Tilt Outdoors reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund if a client is intoxicated, under the influence of illegal drugs, behaves recklessly, violates safety rules, or creates a risk to themselves or others.

• Clients are responsible for obtaining and carrying all required fishing licenses, tags, endorsements, and identification before the trip.
• Clients must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local fishing regulations.

• Fishing and boating activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, drowning, injury from hooks or equipment, wildlife encounters, weather exposure, and other hazards.
• By participating, clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with the trip.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Tilt Outdoors, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, theft, property damage, travel expenses, lodging expenses, or consequential damages arising from participation in any trip.

• Full Tilt Outdoors may photograph or record clients during trips and may use such images or recordings for marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional purposes unless the client provides written notice opting out before the trip.

• By paying a deposit, making payment, or participating in a trip, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
